Tuesday and our first entire day in Kansas City. Nothing special going on today. I was scheduled to drive Grace to Columbia, Missouri but Riya’s, Graces friend, mom decided to let her take the car. Much easier on me. I did pick-up Starbucks for Oliver, George & Grace this morning. I hung out at the house while Mary had a few video calls to make.

I did pick-up dinner from Pizza Tascio out on Waldo. It is a six-store chain here in KC. This one is new and they wanted to try it. We ordered an 18-inch white pie with whole milk mozzarella, fresh ricotta, broccoli, whole roasted garlic, and a delicate drizzle of roasted garlic EVOO; an 18-inch Dinapoli Sauce pie with fresh mozzarella, creamy ricotta, crispy cup pepperoni, fresh basil, and a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey; and for Rochelle who has gone gluten free - a 12" gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free crust from at Sapori di OGGI, with vegetables.

George had a basketball game, so I picked-up the pizzas at 19:25 and got them home by 19:40. Everyone arrived back shortly there after. The pizza was given an enthusiastic thumbs up as to flavor and quality. After dinner it was off to the hotel for the night.
