Torino, Italia

A relaxing day. No tours or excursions today. It is a kind-of cold drab day. The kind of day you want to take a nap. We went out and got coffee at The Place on Via Giuseppe Verdi and headed over to Lulu’s. Lulu’s parents have an pre-school visit this morning. We are on duty with Lulu and her sorella until Gloria arrives at 9.

Gloria arrived a little early because Lulu has an art class this morning. They were out and gone by 9. We sat with Amadea as good nonni do. Lulu’s parents returned just before noon. We left them in charge and went to McDonalds for lunch. Hey, its easy and nearby.

After lunch we went home and played some cards. About 14:00 Mary went back to help out and I took a nap. Then I got up and did laundry. It was time to do the towels and sheets. I finished up the laundry about 17:00 and Mary returned from her duties.

We then went to the market and got a few things for dinner. Came home and made dinner. Mary had an 18:00 phone call with Kim. I took a walk along the Po and had a cigar while she was on the phone. It was a beautiful evening.

After the phone call we played cards, then it was time for bed.
