Kansas City, MO   Good morning. Today is mostly a rest and relax day. Nothing scheduled, well almost. Due to the time change both of us slept in more than usual. I managed to make it until nearly 07:00; Mary didn’t have any problem sleeping until I woke her up at 10:15, which without the time change would be 08:15 her normal wake-up time.   We picked up a Moka pot, milk frother and coffee while at Rochelle and Harry IV’s yesterday so I was able to make my coffee this morning.

Thursday San Carlos, CA > Kansas City, MO   Good morning to all! Today starts our next adventure, or more appropriately adventures. We are off this morning for Kansas City to spend time with Rochelle, Harry IV, Harry V, Grace, Oliver, George and the two dogs. Alexandria, VA   Hit the sack at 21:00 and managed to get some sleep until nearly 07:00. However, it wasn’t a good sleep. I wasn’t awake like last night, but I did toss & turn. Not sure why, just couldn’t seem to get comfortable enough to fallback asleep. Took a nice long shower, got cleaned up and headed out to Starbucks for my normal cappuccino and sausage, egg & cheddar sandwich. I sat in Starbucks and noticed there were very few people here. Much less for this time of day

Alexandria, VA   Up really early this morning about 01:30. Work on Judges biography for about two hours. Managed to get back to sleep and sleep in until nearly 07:00. Got dressed, went downstairs to the lobby where they were serving breakfast and helped myself to some scrambled eggs and bacon. Alexandria, VA   It was moderately late last night before we managed to get to bed. I went to Starbucks in Courthouse Square and my cappuccino and sausage, egg & cheddar sandwich about 07:00. I sat in Starbucks and watched people come and go. Again, there really aren’t an overwhelming number of people, and again probably due to the shutdown. A couple people did appear to be taking things back to the office, i.e. multiple drinks and a bag of breakfast goodies. No young college
